Customer Satisfaction When you receive your merchandise, if there is obvious damage to the package and the driver does not want to wait, please have the driver make note of the damage on the freight bill. Please open and inspect merchandise immediately, while keeping the box intact. If you find any damage please call us immediately at 1-888-882-8033 to obtain a Return Authorization. We will not accept returns without the Return Authorization. After obtaining Return Authorization, all merchandise must be shipped back to us in unused condition packed in its original box, within 5 days of your receipt of the order. If you're not satisfied with the merchandise please call us immediately for Return Authorization. Return shipping to be prepaid by customer. There is a 10% restocking fee on returned items. Certain items are not returnable.
