Gazebo Assembly Instructions

 

Shipping  Included on gazebo and deck (for the contiguous 48 United States)

 

 

Deck delivered in 9 sections including a center plate.
Follow the alphabet letters as below.

Pre-assembled 8 wall panels and 8 lower roof sections.
Be sure all alphabet letter labels are facing inside.

Insert each dowel into a pre-drilled hole on a pillar

Place a bamboo peg provided in a peg hole on each pillar.
Do not hammer yet.

To make it easier, place each roof leaning
against the wall panel in alphabetical order.

Y Roof Unit Assembly

 

 

Start w/ (Y) type roof, # (A) and (E), (C) and (G)

Make sure that all 4 pointers w/ roof (Y) are firmly placed
into the holes of the center brace of Pagoda.
Do not apply pegs yet till all roof sections are firmly placed.

W Roof Unit Assembly

 

 

Assemble the rest of the 4-section roof to finalize the roof unit.

Apply bamboo pegs provided to each joint section.
Follow next step* to tighten and cut off the pegs.

*Hammer each peg till
it gets tightened.
Do not over-hammer.

 

*Cut off the protruding end of
the peg with a woodworking
saw or chisel.
